When Should I See a Nurse?

You can book an appointment to see our Practice Nurse for all New Patient Health Checks, Blood Pressure and Children’s Immunisations.   She is also specially trained to run routine clinics for certain conditions, such as Asthma, Diabetes and Heart Disease & to administer Flu vaccinations.

If you need a Cervical Screening test please book to see the Nurse or Dr Olivia Mitchell. Nurse clinics are held by appointment on Wednesday from 08.30 – 12.30. Please ask our Reception staff to book an appointment for you.

If you need Travel Vaccinations then complete a Travel Questionnaire - either download here  Travel Questionnaire or request one at Reception.  Please complete one questionnaire for each person travelling and hand it in to Reception well in advance of your date of travel as some courses of vaccinations require at least two months.  The Doctor will assess your form and medical record to determine what vaccinations you require.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
